Come in on one of our activity days to meet us and don’t forget to bring your sneakers and you can join us in a game of volley-ball, basket-ball or badminton.
We'll be glad to answer any of your questions and if you would like to join Club M as a member, then we would give you an application form to fill out.
After filling out the application form, return it to us via mail or drop it off with us next time you are in. Don't forget to include a cheque, made payable to 'Club M' to cover the applicable fees.

Membership Year
Club M membership
year runs from September 1 of the current year to August 31 of the
following year.
Eligibility
Membership is open to any person who abides by the constitution
and by-laws of CLUB M and pays the applicable membership fees.
Member Status
A student must be registered at a recognised educational
institution and must be undertaking full-time studies.
A family consists
of a husband, wife and all children under 18 years old.
Payment of
membership dues
Membership fees and
all related fees are due at the beginning of the membership year.
Payments can be made in the form of cash or cheque made payable
to Club M
